However, one of the biggest challenges that our clients face is the effort that goes into taking care of their plants. That’s where you come in. As a fulltime Indoor Plants Technician, you’ll have flexibility and enjoy independence while servicing and maintaining your clients’ indoor plants and helping regrow older plants in our nursery. REQUIREMENTS No prior experience required! We offer on-the-job training. Gardening or plant experience is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable climbing ladders. Ability to drive larger vehicles such as a box truck is advantageous but not required. Must have a reliable working personal vehicle and hold a current driver’s license. Willing to move heavy plant material and install green designs in new spaces. Flexible schedule to cover other accounts as needed. Ability to work without direction and the initiative to work without guidance is a plus. Must wear a mask when maintaining plants at clients’ facilities and residences. RESPONSIBILITIES As a fulltime Indoor Plants Technician, you are responsible for: Servicing and maintaining indoor plants, including living walls and vertical gardens Watering, fertilizing, cleaning and pruning of the plants Installing living walls and vertical gardens, as needed Regrowing older plants in company nursery and nursery upkeep Reporting plant replacements to supervisor DETAILS Up to 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday $15.00-$16.00/hour based on experience Uniform will be provided 5 days of Paid Time Off after 12 months of service Clients located across Miami-Dade, Broward County, and Fort Lauderdale.
