A neighborhood gathering for all industries in Seattle's Capitol Hill After two long years of COVID, the Capitol Hill Business Alliance (CHBA) is proud to present Hill Talk - live and in person! This program is designed to provide Capitol Hill small business owners with civic engagement opportunities at a local level and beyond. April's special guest, Councilmember Teresa Mosqueda, will join us to discuss key issues impacting the neighborhood and share how the Seattle City Council is working to address them.
