We’re excited to announce Dedalus Wine Crush, where we invite you to experience far-off places through the synergy of food and wine. We’re throwing open the doors of Dedalus and spilling into the parking lot, where we’ll be grilling and pouring our favorite rosés for spring, bubbly pét-nat, and refreshing whites for the warm days ahead.
