MILFORD, CT - A Milford resident is $10k richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in his home town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On December 21, James Coughlin, of Milford, purchased a 10X Cash 14th Edition ticket from the Cumberland Farms in Milford and won $10k.
