We're excited for our next LadiesWhoLift session focused on upper body movements!
Our trainer Lindsay will share why training upper body is important, go through some misperceptions (i.e. training upper body isn't only important for men - women have a lot to gain from it too!), and show us proper form. Then we'll go out onto the weight floor to practice together.
Because we'll be at mActivity again, we'll have space to get into the racks and practice movements with barbells. There is no fee to attend, even if you aren't a mActivity member. Partners are also more than welcome to attend!
You don't need info from the first sessions to attend, so don't hesitate to join if you didn't make it to first couple. We look forward to seeing everyone there & continuing to get strong together!
