Get your springtime farming game going with a morning of good deeds and pullin' weeds, followed by lunch with new friends! Join us Sunday, April 24th for a morning of good deeds at a local, sustainable farm in Lowry! It's a great way to enjoy the sun, do good for the local community, and meet like-minded people all at the same time.  We will partner with Ekar Farm, which is a communal urban farm that provides education and fresh, sustainably grown produce to communities in need. We'll spend a couple hours in the morning getting our hands dirty around the farm - expect a mix of tasks to help the farmers get ready for the upcoming growing season. It will be a great way to learn some new gardening tips of your own, and make an impact alongside new friends.   Below is everything you need to know to take part in our 3rd event in Denver.  First, We Serve: We'll start the day volunteering from 10am-12:00pm. Just come ready to work, and we'll take care of the rest to ensure a meaningful project. Then, We Socialize: Right after we finish working, we will head around the corner to Lowry Beer Garden for some sunny patio time, food and cold drinks.  Please RSVP if you plan to attend, so we can plan tasks for the appropriate group size!
