MIDDLETOWN, CT — The Middletown Animal Control is asking for help with finding a loose chicken's owner. The chicken was captured Monday on Catherine Street in the north end area of Middletown, according to the animal control. "It was stuck in a resident's fence," the animal control wrote in a post on Facebook. "It is fine and seems friendly.
