Join Foundations Studio, Indy Maven and Be Well Indy for a Whole Body Health Yoga & Pilates Fusion class at Maven Space!
Class will begin with 15 minutes of yoga and centering, followed by 30 minutes of pilates core and cardio work, finishing up with 15 minutes of yoga and centering, leaving you feeling stronger both mentally and physically.
Participants are welcome to arrive as early as 5pm for tours and to prepare for class. Stay after class for snacks and mingling.
May is Mental Health Awareness month so this class will be a donation-based class with all proceeds being donated to NAMI Indiana, National Alliance of Mental Illness.
This class is 60 minutes in duration.
Prerequisite: No prior yoga or mat pilates experience is required for this class.
Please bring your own mat to use.
