This candidate will be responsible for interfacing and supporting our highly motivated field sales representatives and customers. Primary duties and responsibilities, include: Providing specialized technical support to customers that own and operate pro-table roll-forming equipment. Gutter and Roofing Machines. Installing, inspecting, troubleshooting and providing maintenance and training in the use of this equipment is the basis of this job. You will be required to write service reports, provide billing advice, and maintain good notes in our CRM system on each customer you interface with. Operating out of our Perth Amboy location, you will be required to assist with warehousing operations there as well and will be required to travel to the corporate office in NJ for training or any one of our other locations to assist their mechanics with overflow business, open houses or as fill in for vacations in critical situations. You may also be asked to respond to and/or investigate material claims in your territory as requested by our corporate technical support group. Duties Defined: Roll-forming Equipment Setup and Training, Trouble Shooting & MaintenanceProvide billing statements for work performedMaintain customer account information in our CRM system.Assist sales reps in presenting equipment to prospective buyersLiaison between field sales reps and technical services group on machine issuesLiaison between clients and corporate services group on quality issues.
