Battery Jump Starts and Tire Changes are additional services that are optional. You will be responsible for talking to the customers and providing customer support. Duties may include bidding jobs, giving quotes/estimates, collecting payments, and reporting/ depositing all cash as instructed during training. You will work "on call" according to schedule that's set during Onboarding. Pay is Direct Deposit Weekly, and the average Technician is making $850-1200. 1099 Contract Work Pay is commission-based percentage of total sales w/ weekly guaranteed minimum. More Cars you unlock the more money you will make. Percentages will include: 28% base, 5% for gas expenditures, 3% mileage reimbursement, and 2% bonus tip, totaling 38% commission to Start.
