An evening of poetry with an open mic and readings by featured poets. Join us for an evening of poetry and inspiration in the theme of Transformation! Hosted by Mike Geffner (@InspiredWordNYC) and Mike Wilson (@trmwbk). The first half will be open mic with 4 minute slots (signups will be open at the cafe at 6pm). For the second half, we'll hear poetry read by our featured guests: Amanda Cohen (amandalaco), Stephanie Eisler Vance (@stephmakesfaces), Rafiana Martinez (@gaiastarlove), Gabby Policiano (@gabbypolicano), Melanie H.D. Sirof (@melaniehdsirof), Cameron Sykes (aka False Prophet @falseprophetpoetry) and Leah V (@leahvspeaks). All proceeds go to support Housing Works' mission and services.
