If you live in the Seacoast area and haven't tried Rose's cooking yet you are SERIOUSLY missing out! In the summer you can find Rose in her infamous food truck rolling up her namesake spring rolls and other fresh, delicious specialties like mango salad. In the off-season she sells her covetable soup kits for pick-up at the Black Birch right across the street from KIT! Rose grew up in the coastal city of Da Nang, Vietnam and moved to Kittery, ME in 2013. Cooking since the age of 7, she's been perfecting her recipes ever since! Rose is also a mom of two and understands the daily struggles of feeding a family. Her approach to Vietnamese classics is not only incredibly delicious, but also a fun and healthy way to introduce new types of cuisine to children of all ages. Each spring roll your child makes is a mini culinary choose your own adventure! They'll get to select their fillings from a variety of fresh, healthy options and then learn to roll them up from the expert herself. Studies show kids who spend time cooking in the kitchen are more likely to have healthier, more diverse diets. We couldn't agree more! Even the pickiest eaters are willing to try something that they made themselves.
