Looking to Start a Band; Locals Only

Hey! I moved here and am having a lot of trouble finding any musicians in this area that fit the bill I'm looking for. I want to start a band with people my age who aren't afraid to suck. I play guitar and sing a little, but I'm shit at both. I also have a little home studio we can record songs at. We can use my garage for practice as well. I'm not super worried about genre, I'd rather just play what we like. I'm more of a hard rock metal guy but I like all kinds of music. I do want musicians who are committed to playing live, can get practice on time, and don't let their vices get in the way of the music.
