The Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization Program presents business pitches from ag tech, materials, biosensors, and med tech
Developing the next generation of Entrepreneurs, and the High Growth Companies of tomorrow
We're back in person! On behalf of the students and faculty of the TEC Program at NC State, we would like to invite you to the 2022 TEC Spring Startup Presentations. See where NC State startups like Tethis and Locus Biosciences got their start; it's Think and Do in action! Five company concepts founded on real intellectual property have been developed by graduate students. This will be their first public viewing in preparation for upcoming business plan competitions and/or fundraising presentations. There will be plenty of opportunity to interact with the teams. We will have networking with refreshing beverages and heavy hors d'oeuvres from 6:15pm to 6:40pm, as well at the conclusion of the presentation session.
Please join us at the James B Hunt Jr Library (Room 4106) on NC State’s Centennial Campus, Wednesday, April 20th at 6:15pm. The Hunt Library is adjacent to multiple parking lots and decks where parking is free after 5pm. Room 4106 is in the Institute for Emerging Issues on the 4th floor, and is accessed via the elevators behind the yellow staircase, just beyond the book bot. This section of the 4th floor is NOT accessible from the elevator in the main library tower.
We hope you’ll be able to join us and look forward to seeing you there; an RSVP will be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Steve Barr and Lisa Chang
