A night of delicious Mexican-inspired food with tequila pairings at Parkside Tap House! Our April pairing dinner at Parkside combines a delicious four-course menu with a number of refreshing tequila drinks! First Course: Shrimp Ceviche. Paired with Pavito Spritz Second Course: Jicama Salad with Hibiscus Vinaigrette. Paired with a Mango Cucumber Chili Margarita Third Course: Smoked Chuck with a Chili Rub Molé, Refried Beans, and Fideo Pasta. Paired with Smoked Silver Tequila on the Rocks with a Burnt Orange. Fourth Course: Churro Bar with Mango Whipped Cream and Tequila Caramel Drizzle. Paired with a Coco Loco (Coconut, Spices, and Tequila) The dinner starts at 6:30pm with appetizers. First course will be served at 7pm. Tickets are just $60/person!
