House Party It would be our honor to host you as our guest at our house party, which takes place at 6325 Pauline St. New Orleans,LA 70126 on Saturday April 30, 2022 at 1pm to 4pm. It will be a chance to be fed, entertained, and share with members of the local community, TCNDC Staff. We hope that you will decide to join us. The theme for this yeat Tulane Canal Neighborhood Development Corporation Tulane/Canal Neighborhood Development Corporation builds homes for low-to-moderate income families in the Tulane Gravier, Mid City and Treme Neighborhoods. We have been developing beautiful, energy-efficient single family homes for nearly 20 years. As new homes are developed, T/CNDC connects first time homebuyers with one-on-one credit counseling and financial planning. We work with clients for upwards of two years, through all phases of the home buying process, from repairing credit and creating a budget, to choosing a lender and securing a mortgage.
