Caulk / Seal / Paint External Residential Wall

I have a wall of approximately 160 sq ft that is made primarily of hardy panel and framed in steal. My neighbor is building a party wall along this wall. I need to caulk all seams (hardy panel seams, seams between brick wall and steal frame, roof seam) and paint (exterior latex on wall, enamel on the steal frame). Needs to be done on Monday or Tuesday this week. I will supply caulk and paint. You should have paint supplies and extension ladder. Contractor is on site for the neighboring project where the party will will be erected and will allow on site access to my wall exterior to complete work. Call Christina for schedule.
