Sammy is a 2.5 year old Bloodhound that our family has had for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, he can jump a 4' fence therefore we can't accommodate him in our current home. He is very sweet and loves attention. He is great with children, cats and other dogs. He would be great for an active person seeking a running or hiking partner or someone with a larger yard/property with a 6' fence. He hasn't been trained well, but is very very smart and has grown leaps and bounds in the 2 weeks I've had him. He still jumps when first meeting a visitor out of excitement; a simple no and he stops. He is a very vocal dog around exciting things, but has improved as he established our "normal" routine. With a training colar, he can walk on leash much better, well on his way to being leash trained. When we're away from home, he likes to lay on the couch. He could be a great inside or outside dog. $100 and will include his dog bed. First come, first serve!
