Meet Us in the Café! Sparkling Wine Styles: All Roads Lead to Champagne Saturday, May 21 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. $60 per person Café at 3218- First Floor Space is limited. Tickets Required In this intimate guided wine tasting, led by Jim Coley, owner, and wine director of ÇaVa, they will explore and discuss the five main styles and techniques of sparkling wine and Champagne. No prerequisite knowledge is required to enjoy the experience of tasting wine. This tasting will expand on the different methods used to make the bubbles we love so much and explore new and old practices. They will walk down the road of sparkling wine and end in Champagne. All while sitting in the beautiful Café at 3218! Accompanied by a variety of light snacks, each person will be led through five tasting pours of pre-selected bubbles.
