MIDDLETOWN, CT — A Middletown resident is $15,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in East Berlin last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On October 1, Anthony Elder, of Middletown, purchased a Play 4 Night ticket from the Berlin Convenience & Deli and won $15,000.
