What to expect:
No experience necessary! Use watercolor paints and drawing materials in a guided experience to explore your inner landscape. Shared discussion and reflection to follow art making.
All Materials included $25.00
We will provide use of watercolor paints, brushes, drawing material. Feel free to bring your own supplies if you are comfortable doing so.

Tia Awadallah is a licensed Creative Arts Therapist specializing in treating anxiety and depression among other emotional issues, combining evidence-based psychotherapy with art-based interventions.
Stephanie Sampson is an Art Therapist and Shamanic Reiki Practitioner with a holistic approach towards healing. incorporating mindfulness and psychotherapy into her practice.
