Need the following done: Mailbox post - knocked over so need new post bought and installed from hardware store. Nothing fancy just something similar to the naked wood one you see in most yards. Grout work - 2-3 tiles in home have air gaps below them and need to be grouted again (terrible quality builder). Need this filled in and grout replaced before visitors come into town. Door closer - prob needs readjusting. Used to close fully but now stops at where you see in the pic. Toilet swap - no issues, just need a larger one. Ideally you can reply with a ph number and $/hr or $/full job or $/day (I can try to find more stuff around that needs fixing). I will pay for parts just need labor rate and availability from you.
