We are a residential & commercial construction company looking to work with licensed & insured subcontractors who can do everything.
Must be detail-oriented with high standards, have reliable transportation and own tools, and have at least a team of 3-4 people or more.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH BATHROOM & KITCHEN REMODEL, ADU & NEW BUILDS.
Typical Job Tasks and Expectations:
Site prep, demolition, and excavation
Rough framing and carpentry
Operate power tools and small equipment
Drywall and tile installation
Window and door installation
Interior and exterior trim
Cabinetry installation
Electrical (rough & finish)
Plumbing (rough & finish)
