Come experience the real-life application projects also known as synthesis projects here at the W. P. Carey School of Business. Come experience the real life application projects also known as synthesis projects here at the W. P. Carey School of Business. For this synthesis project, teams must convince the land owner, investor, lender and the community that their idea makes market sense, yields returns that warrant investing, can be underwritten for a loan and will achieve their ownership and community objectives. A successful development project must define a project that appeals to all stakeholders and succinctly tells a story that convinces each that the proposed project is desirable. The MRED teams will be presenting their proposal to a panel of faculty, industry partners and alumni. You are welcome to attend all day or even a couple of hours- based on your availability.
