We are immediately hiring 14 Wine Cellar Harvest Workers / Bottling Line Production Machine Operators for a large winery and bottling facility in Napa, CA. We currently have full-time positions available on both the day and evening shifts. EARN $19 - $22/HOUR + LOTS OF OVERTIME TO $33/HOUR You’ll enjoy free parking and an onsite lunchroom with free coffee, vending machines, and a microwave and refrigerator for your use. As a Cellar Worker / Bottling Line Production Machine Operator, you will be responsible for running the bottling machinery, filling out paperwork and keeping the cellar lead updated on all cellar operations by using daily worksheets and dry erase boards. You will also be responsible for: • Starting up, adjusting and shutting down equipment. • Sanitizing winery equipment such as tanks, barrels, pumps, hoses and processing equipment. • Cleaning and maintaining the cellar. • Collecting, measuring and transferring wine, as needed. • Attending department meetings and safety trainings. • Troubleshooting production issues. To be considered, you must have at least 5 months of experience working at a winery, be able to lift 50 pounds and: • Be able to speak, read and understand English. • Be able to work overtime and Saturdays. • Consent to a drug screen as this is a drug-free workplace.
