Description
Light maintenance work to upkeep three houses on large Tibruon property. Some light electrical and plumbing included.
Recycling and compost help, garbage, assist gardeners as needed, oversight of 5 cars, repairs, registration, etc.
pool and spa maintenance, rat and mice trapping, cobwebbing, minor office maintenance.
Run errands as needed.
Owner does events on the property, set up and parking.
Much More.
Approximately 30 hours per week as an employee
