Yes, that's nice...free speech. So yell fire in a movie theater....scream for help when you're perfectly fine....yell at someone to get out of the way of an oncoming car when there isn't any but say nothing when there is, because free speech allows that behavior. Unfortunately for all, those who wrote the Constitution were exceptionally intelligent and being so, stupidly thought that future patriots would readily do their duty and remain educated simply because they now lived in a country that allowed access to any form of speech, including books that were forbidden to be banned because of free speech. Let's be smart with our rights before we take each other's rights away. We do not yell fire in theaters and we shouldn't shoot guns in the streets. That was decided criminal behavior by our fathers and mothers.
