I'm fortunate to have had a fairly successful, rewarding stint as a lead vocalist pre-COVID. What I haven't been successful at is forming a band - and I've tried twice. I've also been running CL ads to join existing bands and I'm noticing those opportunities more scarce than ever. With this "Hail Mary" ad, I'm wondering if anyone with strong band leadership skills is finding it frustrating, too. I guess I'm humbly offering myself up as a "+1 Performer" in hopes of building something from the inside-out as a different way to jumpstart a modest live show.
