Hi there, We have an opening for another tenant to share rehearsal studio space at Secret Studios (2200 Cesar Chavez, SF), beginning May 1. We have a good sized room, with PA provided. There are three other responsible and cooperative bands sharing the space. A soloist or smaller band will work best as storage space is somewhat limited. Monday nights are available as a lock-out night, Saturday and Sunday are shared on as needed or pre-arranged basis, and weekdays are negotiable. The share of the rent for you would currently be $310 per month. Month to month, first and last due at signing.
