General Contactor Needed for Permit for Bathroom Addition/Remodel

We are looking for a General Contractor to work with in Miami Beach to pull permit and do complete work. We are real estate investors with over 30 years of experience doing multiple home remodels at the same time all over Florida. First project, we need help with a bathroom addition/remodel where plans have already been completed by architecht and should be good for approval (since we have fulfilled most/all of city's comments from prior expired permit a while back when we decided to put it on back burner when covid started). We beleive in full transparancy and would like to build up long term relationship. Since we sometimes change our mind in design and material, to save time and not having to deal with bidding, estimate, and what is and what is not included in any estimate, this is how we normally would like to work: - We order and pay for all material at our Amazon/Wayfair/Home Depot/Lowes accounts (because we only want products we like with the best possible quality with value) We pay you the following (we have existing plans): - $300 per day for Licensed Contractor and 1 helper (metal framer, electrician, plumber, drywaller, tiler, finisher) - PERMIT: $1000 (GC, Electrical, Plumbing) * General Contractor:$500 to get permit approved ($300 for application, $200 with approval) * Electrical sub-contractor: $250 to go on permit * Plumbing sub-contractor: $250 to go on permit Pay you at end of each day with Zelle/Paypal/Venmo/CashApp so never any waiting for money We have the following requirement and general contractor must agree to all the following: - Contractor on jobsite every weekday until finished 9 am to 5.30 pm (8h + 30m lunch) - Daily Time verified with online camera, Check-in/Check-out texts with before/after photos - Any missing material is picked up on the way in to work from HomeDepot/Lowes/Ace on Miami Beach and 30 min pay for 1 person gets added for any shopping. - Contractor must work on project until completion and not sent to other job sites/bids - Helper need to have a driver's license to be able to run and pick up material when necessary - We sometimes will have our own helper onsite to clean up and pick up materials needed - When we start we go non stop until finished, plan to have bathroom remodeled finished in max 8-10 days. - If contractor is slacking/not showing up on time we have right to fill-in/replace with 3rd party contractor. - Plans and Permit include turning existing bathroom smaller and turning a closet next to bathroom into an additional bathroom, including: * Removing tub and putting in 1 showers and a 1 sink * Removing toilet turning into 2 wall hung toilets on each side of the wall * Turning an existing bide' into shower for new bathroom * Floor-ceiling tiling * Hanging all fixtures * Etc, etc, no need to specify any task/work as this is no bid job, for speed and it is pay each day until finished. * When done we move on to the next project and if you are interested we would love to continue working with you.
