During this class, you will learn everything you need to know to construct a closure wig flawlessly. The class will be instructed by Keia Smith, owner of Kei Beauty LLC (@Kei. Beauty_), and Mikalah McGuire, owner of LacedByMK (@lacedbymk). *** Disclaimer: The address attached to this ticket will NOT be the location of the class. The correct address will be sent to you via Email/Text 3-5 days priors to the day of the class, so please be sure to double-check your email and phone number *** Most students who have never used a sewing machine before do just as exceptional as those who have. NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED! You will gain the proper way to set up your sewing machine from start to finish at the beginning of the class, so early arrival is suggested so you don't miss it. What you will learn: During this class you will learn how to set up your sewing machine, lace customization, cap resizing, double wefting, appropriate track placement, how to apply measurements, how to style baby hairs, elastic band placement and branding and business tips. What the class consists of: This class includes a full starter kit with everything you will need to construct a wig from start to finish once you walk out those doors. In your starter kit it will contain 3 extra bobbins, markers, open toe presser foot, 22' canvas block head, wig stand, bleach & developer, measuring tape, ball head pins, seam ripper, spool of thread for your sewing machine, mini thread & curved needle, and a framed certificate of completion. What to bring : You are required to bring 3 bundles and a closure 4×4 or 5×5, NO LARGER! NO CUT UP BUNDLES OR USED LACE under any circumstances!! If you would like to know some good hair store laces you can purchase, please don't hesitate to contact either of us via Instagram or social media. You will also must provide your OWN sewing machine if you did not purchase the package that consists of it. Lastly, you will have to bring your own hot tools in which is your choice of a flat iron or curling iron and a hot comb. Add-ons : We further have a hot tools package which consists of your preference of a 2" flat iron or an interchangeable curling iron (5-1) as well as a hot comb for an additional $170. _______________________ Unfortunately, we only have 8 spots available, and they are first come first served. Deposit is required upon purchasing your ticket and the remaining balance is due at the start of the class. CASH ONLY!
