All tickets must be scanned in before entry. All tickets with modifications are VOIDED! and non-refundable. Security will escort you from the facility. A PDF version of your ticket, or physical print out of your ticket must be presented at the gate to gain entry. If you purchase multiple tickets for your friends, or someone else please give them their ticket before you come to the door. Will be not be holding tickets or pulling anyone out of line.  What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?The venue has a large parking lot. You are free to park anywhere in the lot. Entrance into the event will be located on the backside of the building. We are not responsible for any items/belongings left in your vehicle. How can I contact the organizer with any questions?For all questions and inquires please contact [email protected], please allow 1 business day to respond.  Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?A PDF version via phone or a printed version of your ticket must be presented to gain entrance. Please refer to the ticketing policy terms and agreement above.  Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?That is fine. If an issue were to occur, the ticket holder will need to present proper identification and the credit card on file that was used to purchase the ticket. Failure to do so will result in a voided ticket. No Exceptions. Are tickets purchased off third party websites accepted?Absolutely not.
