Earthfest '22 , Seminole's Largest Earth Day event! Earth Fest 2022 will be held on April 30 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.. Highlights include a FREE Tree Giveaway, Cigar Box Festival, butterfly releases, fun kids activities and lots more! This event is Central Florida's second largest environmentally friendly festival. Attendees will enjoy free tree and plant giveaways, workshops, earth-friendly booths, kids activities, and live music provided by Cigar Box musicians. Casselberry Art House: 1:00 - 3:00 pm: Recycled Art Exhibit Artist Reception 1:00 p.m.: Recycled Art Exhibit Award Ceremony Sculpture House 11:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. - Brooks Dierdorff Closing Reception and Artist Talk With Special Guest Chuck O’Neal. The Sculpture House says goodbye to the second Artist in Residence, Brooks Dierdorff. In celebration we will have a closing reception featuring a conversation between Dierdorff and Chuck O’Neal, a local conservation advocate and champion of the Rights of Nature Movement here in Florida. They will talk art, water, development, and the philosophy behind the Rights of Nature Movement. The conversation will start at 12:00 p.m. at the Sculpture House during the City’s Earth Fest celebration in Lake Concord Park. The goal is to educate, encourage and empower citizens to create a sustainable environment by participating at the many fun activities.
