MIDDLETOWN, CT — City Hall will be closed Thursday, Dec. 17, due to the impending snowstorm, Middletown Mayor Ben Florsheim announced. For urgent storm-related issues, contact the Public Works Department at 860-638-4560. Florsheim also said that all bus service statewide, including Middletown Area Transit, will have a delayed start on Thursday. Service will begin at 12 noon.
