Danforth Construction Group (www.danforthcg.com) is seeking an experienced project superintendent to join their team. Responsibilities include: • Develop and implement overall project work schedules • Manage the day-to-day construction activities of the project • Coordinate, schedule, and manage all subcontractors and vendors • Manage material, labor, and equipment needs • Complete daily reports, safety checklists, and JHA’s • Manage the overall jobsite safety program and promote a culture of safety with all personnel on site • Identify, investigate, and resolve field issues in connection with the PM and design team • Be knowledgeable and familiar with all project documents including drawings, specifications, reports, etc • Maintain a clean and orderly jobsite • Professionally represent Danforth Construction in all interactions with subcontractors, owners, and design professionals Qualifications • 5+ years construction supervision experience • OSHA 30 • Working knowledge of building construction means, methods, and materials • Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead field operations • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
