Pay Range: $18.42-27.62/hr. JOB SUMMARY: The Maintenance Technician’s primary responsibilities are to perform routine and preventative maintenance of all kinds. The Technician should have working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair and service, troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action, superior customer service skills and pay great attention to detail. The Technician participates in maintaining a safe, functional, physical environment for patients, employees and guests in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Centennial Peaks Hospital. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate competency in the criteria listed in this job description. The specifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability to meet the minimum requirements for this position. The Maintenance Technician should have some weekend availability and rotating on-call for after-hours emergencies required. Education: Prefer high school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Prefer prior maintenance experience in a hospital, health care, or hospitality setting. Bilingual preferred. Licensure/Certification: Must have a valid driver’s license Knowledge: Prefer general experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and air conditioning with experience in repairs and maintenance.
