I pay you to train and complete a route so that I can take on other routes the district calls me for. Opportunities hinge on what management offers me, as it did in the past. Relief Driver Route Adaptation Offer… Temporary Selections offered: I. $600/ 7 straight days route driving rated at 22 hours, paid weekly II. $290/ 3-4 days on-demand readiness route driving rated at 11 hours, paid weekly and only offered when available III. Common 3-day route driving, rated at 8 hours, paid at 122% of my invoice, $110 IV. Standard Training: 2 30-minute training sessions covering 2/3 of the route, $40 V. Practice runs, self-paced, paid at.25 per subscriber Selections IV and V are required before choosing the other selections. Selection IV is paid the same day and Selection V is paid the next day in West Milwaukee. Selection II can only be sustained when the district seeks my premium services in another area. Without the district requesting me, your continued service would likely become a leaner version of Selection III for $110. Selection I is a one-time opportunity. Here’s more: -A route list is furnished every day at the West Milwaukee station where the newspapers wait. -Some deliveries are on foot—about 1/3 of them. -Sunday and Wednesday take about twice as much time. -There are some retail drops and there are some extra publications besides JS papers. -You do not have to be available every day but you should try to be available at least 4 out of 7 days for a day-before notice. -You should be able to do the entire route independently after 3 training runs. -I can make different offers for people who do not want to do the entire route by themselves, such as on Sundays and Wednesdays. -This should be a no-stress hustle job. However, this is under a 365-day contract and you should have a car available from 12AM to 4AM at least half of the time. -You will have to keep yourself up-to-date on the customers that appear and disappear from the route, as the daily route sheets list them. -The first-to-last route distance is 10-12 miles. If you want to ask if I hired someone, assume the opportunity exists because I never had enough drivers so far.
