Today December 14, 2020 in Connecticut and across the nation Electors from the Electoral College met at their state capitols to vote for the winner of the presidential election in their state. In Connecticut, the Electors met at 12 p.m. to cast their votes for former Vice President Joseph Biden & U. S. Senator Kamala Harris the winner of the November 3, 2020 election in Connecticut. The ceremony was held in the State Senate Chambers presided over by Secretary of State Denise Merrill.
