This model uses nine key segments of what is needed to start your business: Value Propositions, Customer Segments, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Key Partners, Key Activities and Cost Structure. With additional emphasis in market research methods, customer validation and financial projections. Cost of Workshop: $20.00 donation to the SCC Foundation. This workshop is planned on onground, but due to Covid 19 it might be converted to a Zoom Workshop.
