Here are the top three stories in Charleston today: The Lowcountry Jazz Festival is returning to the Charleston Gaillard Center during Labor Day weekend. The star-studded lineup is broken between the two festival days with tickets going on sale Apr. 22. Proceeds from the festival will go to supporting Closing the Gap in Health Care, Inc, a nonprofit focusing on decreasing healthcare disparities. (Holy City Sinner)Downtown Charleston's Palmetto Brewing Company is releasing its local-favorite Peanut Butter and Jelly Time beer for a limited release. The brew has raspberry, strawberry rhubarb, Carolina jam, and marionberry flavors mixed together to form a light brown ale. The addition of whole roasted peanuts to the mix completes the alcoholic PB&J sandwich effect. (ABC NEWS 4)The City of Charleston has been gifted a bronze statue by artist Mary Whyte. The statue is titled "Lilly" and will welcome guests to the Waterfront Park. The statue was unveiled at the park on Friday during a special dedication ceremony.
