We are seeking an ISA! You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of the Team's incoming leads Responsibilities: ● Field all incoming lead calls and emails, assign to Sales Associates ● Detailed notes on all leads ● Organize all leads (calls, emails, follow-ups) using the Team's current CRM program Qualifications: ● Previous experience in Real Estate ● NJ Licensed Agent (or willing to obtain license) ● Experience with MLS systems ● Strong leadership qualities ● Ability to work under pressure ● Ability to work quickly but in an organized fashion ● Excellent Customer Service Hourly compensation plus commissions.
