Here are the top five stories in Sacramento today: Sacramento Police were investigating a shooting in the Fruitridge Manor neighborhood early Thursday morning. Officers responded to the 5900 block of 67th Street regarding a shooting around 2:30 a.m., according to police. Together, the two charges carry a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison and the agreement would require her to pay more than $300,000 in restitution. The money would go to the California Victim's Compensation Board and other agencies, like the FBI and the Shasta County Sheriff's Office. (KCRA3)A puppy that was found near a debris fire in North Sacramento is now being fostered by the firefighters that rescued him.
