45 year family run business is looking for a team player with strong customer service skills, who is self motivated, has professional written and oral communication skills and pays attention to detail. Construction background is a PLUS.
Job duties include but are not limited to:Performing inspection at commercial and residential structures identifying visible evidence of wood destroying pest and organisms.
Issue a written detailed Wood Destroying Pest and Organisms Inspection Report in accordance to the Structure Pest Control Board.
Communicating with realtors and/or customers regarding questions, explaining conditions noted, resolving possible concerns and/or inconsistencies.
Meeting with work crews to review work in progress, inspect for potential further damage and performing quality control inspections on final work.
Keep Branch 3 license current and complete continued education every 3 years required by the Structure Pest Control Board.
