Handyman - property manager - multitasker needed for rental property

I’m looking for a trustworthy handyman/multitaskers/property manager with references for occasional projects as well as to keep “on call” to address tenant issues as they arise. One property has long term tenants. The other property will have semi regular turnover to traveling nurses, business travelers etc. on a monthly basis. Candidate must have a friendly customer service oriented demeanor as interacting with tenants will likely be necessary. Both properties are adjacent. Basic plumbing and electrical problem solving a must. Lawn mowing and maintenance for a very small lawn once or twice monthly - mower and trimmer provided). Must be local to North Long Beach and have reliable transportation. Best if you have basic tools…specific tools on site for use. Work will be occasional though long term. I will pay per job.
