I am the hostess of a large corporate dinner banquet on Saturday, June 11th at the LAX Hilton Hotel. I want to enjoy myself and not be worried about “getting the shot”. It’s a typical buffet dinner for 100 people. You’ll take photos of the setup before guests arrive, then the guests arriving and then people at their tables. Much like a wedding reception. There are awards being presented and I want those photos as well. After the dinner there will be group photos. The dinner is from 5:00PM to 8:00PM, so I think four hours is a fair estimate of your time. You'll use your own camera, but my SD card. After the dinner, you'll just return the SD card to me and be on your merry way, $300 richer for pretty easy work. I will also cover your parking. Please email me telling me (1) a little bit about you and (2) your picture-taking history and (3) what kind of camera you have and (4) where you live. Feel free to also include a website if you have samples of your shooting. You should have a pleasing, "can-do" personality; but at the same time be assertive. I WANT the photog to get to the front to get the good shot. You are the most important person in the room. I would appreciate if you include a photo of yourself.
