A handyman who can help us complete a variety of projects in an efficient, effective, and safe manner. They must be able to perform various on-site tasks, and make sure every site is perfectly safe, clean and that the job is completed efficiently. A good job candidate should have prior general maintenance knowledge and experience, be professional and self-motivated. Must be able to perform strenuous physical tasks, such as loading and unloading of various building materials and tools. They also need to work great independently and in a team, follow instructions and communicate effectively. Must possess the following skills: Performs a wide variety of general and semi-skilled tasks such as carpentry, flooring, gutters, painting, drywall, light plumbing, light electrical Ensures all repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule. Demonstrates superior customer service. Ability to identify, diagnose and fix a variety of maintenance issues and notify management when a licensed professional is needed Loading and unloading building materials and tools Being compliant with all health and safety regulations Following instructions and completing work orders online Job Requirements: 1 year experience in repairs and maintenance preferred Skilled in maintenance activities such as carpentry, flooring, gutters, painting, drywall, light plumbing, light electrical Ability to work independently and with other team members Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues Desire to provide excellent customer service A sense of pride in your work Ability to communicate well with people Clean driving record and valid driver’s license Physical requirements include frequent need to lift and carry heavy objects Part of on call rotation Must have own tools Full Time Position with benefits including: Competitive Wages Paid Time Off Health and Dental Insurance Retirement Plan Company Vehicle Schedule: Monday to Friday On Call Rotation
