Hello there, I’m a woman looking for an roommate whom would help myself afford rent and utilities for a new home. I’ve found some apartments, trying to find out how much rent costs at one place and to do the application. So I do have my eyes appealed out looking for the right apartment, but do know that I will need an responsible, reliable, trustable, non narcissist roommate. Figure start looking for an roommmate while looking for the right apartment, so that I can be certain to find an apartment that we both can afford together ; is why I hadn’t decided on one as of yet not knowing prior to applying for an apartment ; how much rent could I and an responsible roommate like myself, can afford. One specific apartment has caught my attention and I would want to move there, if were an choice not knowing if roommate will have an criminal record ; is why I say if the apartment were to be an choice, because I don’t believe they allow anybody with a arrest record, more than an misdemeanor. Myself is lower income, which I do plan to change that, and have more income upon moving into an apartment. Right now my situation disallows me to be earning more income. My roommate is the problem for why I don’t have more income, rules and controlling forbid me from becoming financially stable, I think is to prevent me from having the means to leave. I am leaving nomatter what, this is why I am in need of an roommate due to being not fully financially stable as my income is not enough to rent myself a place to be on my own. To get into an apartment they require down payments, and I just know that I could not come up with the down payment in the full amount myself. I need to leave for my well being and for the best welfare for myself. I’ve decided to move out and want my freedom back to feel as an adult being my own boss, so no bossy roommate. I am easy to get along with and I expect that you be easy to get along with as well. Please have an income, and let me know : a. how much for rent and utilities that you can afford, b.
