Biting Dog at Wild Iris Ridge Park

I was bitten on my leg today, Friday April 15 about 3:00 PM, by a dog that was off leash in Wild Iris Ridge City Park in Eugene, OR. This bite broke my skin and left me with bleeding teeth marks on my lower leg. The family with the dog would not give me their name and could not provide proof of vaccinations at the time. I want their names in case I have medical bills from this bite, but do not want to make trouble for them. They had two young girls with them about 5 and 8 years old. The dog appeared to be a female Weimaraner or similar breed mid-sized dog about 50 pounds. If this is your dog or if you know this family I would appreciate exchanging contact information in case I incur medical bills from this bite.
