OPEN CALL EVENT FOR TATSU RAMEN-MELROSE LOCATION HIRING LINE COOKS!! Come join our team!! We are currently seeking candidates who are passionate for food and customer service that can deliver a unique and memorable guest experience. Below are the details: When: Wednesday April 20th Time: 2pm-5pm Where: 7111 Melrose Ave Los Angeles, CA 90046 Please bring a resume IF you have one. If you know of anyone who is also looking for a job and has prior restaurant experience, please let them know of this event and bring them along!! Responsibilities include: • Preparing menu items • Strong work ethic and attention to detail by taking pride in the execution of dishes • Keeping a clean and organized BOH station; including cleaning after service • Set up workstations in a timely manner to ensure prompt opening of the store • Keep product at proper holding temperature • Ensure proteins are well-cooked and visually appealing for the customers • Pay attention to par levels and communicate with Kitchen Manager about restocking or ordering product • Practice proper food rotation and sanitation practices • Comply to all occupational, health, and safety standards. • Be comfortable working in a fast paced and high energy environment • Able to take constructive criticism, learn quickly and constantly improve Benefits: • Competitive pay • Health insurance (vision and dental, optional) • PTO • Free ramen employee meal on every shift!
