Description

For this position, the ideal applicant is able to endure physical labor. Being mostly outdoors, you should be comfortable with working in variable weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow. You MUST have a reliable vehicle (preferably a truck). You will be required to pick up trash from rentals on the property and haul it to the dumpster also on-site sometimes with your vehicle. Along with trash, you will sometimes be required to transport chemicals or tools from the workshop to the rentals with your vehicle. Ideally, you will not have to use your vehicle always as there is a utility side-by-side typically available for work unless another employee is utilizing it at the time. Some common tasks you will be doing daily are: -Pool/Spa Cleaning -Mowing and Trimming -Spraying Weeds -Gathering Trash -Trail Maintenance -Landscape Maintenance -Cleaning Windows/Gutters -Organizing and Cleaning Workshop -Other Similar Tasks If you think this sounds like something you're interested in and have more questions, please contact me.
